BYB Global Leadership programmes are based on 40 years of research by Steven Shallenberger author of globally read, “Becoming your Best: The 12 Principles of Highly Successful Leaders”. Steve’s research focuses on understanding the principles that set highly successful leaders apart. At the very core of his research, his findings show that great leaders adopt a “Transformational” leadership style moving away from a traditional “Transactional” leadership style.
Transformational leadership is a process where leaders and followers raise each other to higher levels of motivation and morality. A good transformational leader:
