Fiona’s passion lies in guiding organisations, teams, and individuals to realise their inherent potential and reach heights they previously never felt possible.

It’s in that moment – “when the light goes on” and there is a realisation that the possibility of what can be achieved for the individual and/or team, is so much more than was ever previously considered possible - that I feel privileged to be in this line of work.

Knowledge and Experience


Focusing on leadership, team, interpersonal and individual development, Fiona has worked with individuals and groups across the full business spectrum – from Managing Directors and Executive teams, through to Graduates in placement programmes.


Fiona has over 30 years of local and international experience across diverse operations including General Management, Organisational Development, Human Relations, Psychometrics, Coaching, Consulting and Facilitation.


She has worked globally with a wide range of clients across the spectrum, in developing and implementing OD and training initiatives.


In 2019 Fiona left her role in corporate to pursue her dream of becoming an entrepreneur – from this dream Future Ingenium was born.
