As a Human Resources professional and former Head of People and Organisational Effectiveness, Shayne has over 30 years of extensive Human Capital experience in the FMCG industry.

Shayne is known and well respected for his skills in the management of Human Capital, which includes Human Resources Strategy, Talent Management, Organisation Effectiveness, Organisation Development, Executive/Business Coaching, Mentoring, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Culture Shaping. He has successfully worked with a wide range of organisations and has coached numerous individuals across job functions and personal settings.

Shayne also lectures at the University of Stellenbosch on a part-time basis in Talent Management and Organisational Behaviour on the flagship Post-Grad Program in Strategic HR Management and the Industrial Psychology Master’s Program.
